You’re not my therapist. It’s not Your job to have to long-term pull me out of anything that I may get into. I know You want to, because You care, but You don’t have to. You can’t. Not really, not fully. That’s my job to work through it the way I have been for the last several months.
I love You for trying, but please don’t feel like You have to. You don’t need any more stress.
The only thing I need from You in those instances is Your support and Your love. Love me when I’m at my most unloveable – that is all I ask for. In return, I will appreciate You more often than I do.
