Confession .26. This House No Longer Feels Like Home

It’s so quiet here
And I feel so cold…
This house no longer
feels like home.

Let’s chat about how it took me two weeks to get into Collabor88. Or… we can ignore that fact. That sounds better! Lol. Cause I finally DID get in… and oh my gosh, so many cute things.

I had to pick up some stuff from some of my favorites, and I will likely go back to grab a few more things. There was a notably large amount of awesome hair for the ladies… so to those of you who like to change your locks as often as I do, make sure you grab up your favorites before this birthday round ends.

And of course, I had to pick up a pattern of the Blueberry dress. Because it’s Blueberry, and everything Blue does lately is positively brilliant. But what I can’t get over the most about her stuff is how flawless the Maitreya fit is. I love everything that she does and I can wear it with little to no effort.

And while we all know that I’m barefoot in SL 98% of the time, I needed to find shoes to go along with this. But I was rather fortunate that Delirium Style is at this current round of Lost & Found with these boots and matching hair piece. Which, for those of you who are still perfecting your skills in prim editing, a little secret – the hairpiece is perfect with this new Exile hair. I didn’t have to move it at all.

It may be a subtle difference, however, at Skin Fair this year… or maybe it was Vintage Fair… I discovered the cosmetics brand Veechi through a blogger pack, and fell in love almost immediately. When I saw that Veechi was at this birthday round of Collabor88, I had to grab what they were selling. I’m a sucker for brightened inner eye corners, so this eyeshadow was perfectly subtle with just the right amount of brightness. This might be my new staple, with colors for everything I could wear.

It’s very rare for me to do a ‘review’ type post simply of stuff that I’m wearing, but 1.) It’s 2:30 in the morning, and 2.) I loved everything I grabbed so much that I just HAD to talk about them more than just putting credits down. As usual, I’m taking photos at the gorgeous Blithe sim, and it’s just so easy to look pretty here when everything around you is gorgeous.

All in all, I am incredibly blessed.
